Order and Implementation Policy
Upon completion of your donation, your request is registered and begins its journey through four clear stages, which we document for you step by step.
- We require only a few basic details to complete the order: the donor's name, their name and address, their country, a dedication message, and any notes. Each product has its own fields—such as the newborn's name and gender for the Aqiqah, the deceased's name (optional) for the Iqamah and Sadaqah, details of the vow, and the type of expiation.
- We begin implementation according to the legal and available timing on the ground, while adhering to the legal slaughtering rules for sacrificial animals, gifts, and Aqiqah.
- We distribute to those in need in areas of Africa and elsewhere, under the supervision of our trusted partners.
- We document the achievement and send you: a video of the execution, photos of the distribution, a legal slaughter certificate, and a digital Aqiqah certificate if required.
The expected delivery time varies depending on the product, season, and location. We will keep you updated on your chosen communication method.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to donate with peace of mind, so we explain your right to a refund very clearly.
You can get a refund
If you request cancellation before your order is processed, we will refund your full amount without any deduction.
No refunds available
Once the slaughter or actual implementation has begun, it is impossible to recover, because the work has been done on the ground and has reached those who deserve it.
If an error is made on our part, then compensation or re-execution is our responsibility — and this is what we explain in the next section.
If we make a mistake… it is our responsibility to correct it
We work meticulously, but we are human. If a mistake occurs in fulfilling your order because of us, we will not abandon you — we take full responsibility for correcting it.
We will review what happened transparently and inform you of the whole truth.
We will either redo your request at our expense, or compensate you in a way that preserves your rights.
We document the correction and send you proof that it has been completed.

Your privacy is our responsibility. We collect as little of your data as possible, and use it for one purpose: to complete your order and communicate with you about it.

- We never sell or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes — ever.
- We only share the minimum necessary with trusted implementation partners to complete your order on the ground.
- We store your data with appropriate protection measures, and you can request that it be corrected or deleted at any time.
Your data is for the purpose of completing your service… not for marketing or sharing that you do not want.
Payment data is processed through secure gateways (Paymob, Fawry, Visa, Mastercard) and we do not store your card data on our servers.
