The ruling on sacrifice in brief
The sacrifice (of an animal) is a confirmed Sunnah (recommended practice) of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), through which Muslims draw closer to God during the days of Eid al-Adha. One sheep suffices for a man and his family, and one-seventh of a cow or camel is sufficient for one sacrifice. It is recommended that the one offering the sacrifice eat from it, feed others, and give some in charity. We will handle the slaughter and distribution of the entire animal on your behalf, in accordance with Islamic law.
The animal must have reached the required age and be free from defects. The time for slaughtering begins after the Eid prayer and extends until the last day of Tashreeq.
